Fitness Yoga 1

"75 minutes, 75 degrees"

Class Description: This class is accessible to beginning and intermediate students—variations will be offered for both. It will include basic and intermediate poses sequenced at a moderate pace.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move. Bring a yoga mat, a towel and a bottle for water.

The physical benefits: Creates a toned, flexible, and strong body. Improves respiration, energy, and vitality. Helps to maintain a balanced metabolism. Promotes cardio and circulatory health. Relieves pain. Helps you look and feel younger than your age. Improves your athletic performance.

The mental benefits: Helps you relax and handle stressful situations more easily. Teaches you how to quiet the mind so you can focus your energy where you want it to go - into a difficult yoga pose, on the tennis court or golf course, or in the office. Encourages positive thoughts and self-acceptance.

Class Times:

Mondays from 6:30 - 7:45 p.m.
Saturdays from 12:30 - 1:45 p.m.

Rates:

Single Session: $15
Promotional Package: $60 for a 6-session package


"No Name" Class

Get a great workout in 1 hour! Experience what feels like your own personal training session with a certified personal trainer but in a group setting. Increase your balance, flexibility and strength. A perfect combination of cardio and weight training at a very affordable rate.

Class Times:

Every Saturday:
9 a.m. - Advanced Level
10 a.m. - Intermediate Level
11 a.m. - Beginner Level

Rates:

$10 per session
