"75 minutes, 75 degrees"
Class Description: This class is accessible to beginning and intermediate students—variations will be offered for both. It will include basic and intermediate poses sequenced at a moderate pace.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move. Bring a yoga mat, a towel and a bottle for water.

Mondays from 6:30 - 7:45 p.m.
Saturdays from 12:30 - 1:45 p.m.

Single Session: $15
Promotional Package: $60 for a 6-session package
