Slow Flow Yoga - Strength & Flexibility

This practice slows things down a bit to provide greater instruction on alignment and allows for a more individualized experience. DeAnn will guide you through a series of postures designed to increase your flexibility and build strength. You will feel energized, centered, and empowered as you open your mind and body up to new possibilities.

Options will be provided to accommodate students of every level, so no matter where you are at in your yoga journey, from beginner to advanced, you'll find the appropriate challenge for you.

MAMA WORKOUT TIME!

Feelin' the stress of motherhood?  Well we have the perfect class for you to release some of that tension.  Mama Workout Time is a class built for Moms that can't find the time to workout.  Burn calories and build strength and confidence to take on the day!  Circuit style workouts that are taught in the main gym.  This is not a studio class, so get ready to get a very diversified workout.  Very similar to a small group training session.  This class is designed to compliment a personal training regimen.

*You are welcome to bring your children.  Daycare is not provided but there is a studio room space where kids seem to play quite well. 

Low Impact Aerobics

Low Impact Aerobics is one hour of low intensity, core and strength training.  You will strengthen your core muscles and flatten the tummy.  With strength training, you'll build muscle and develop a stronger more toned body.  If you aren't able to do high intensity workouts, this class is for you!

Zumba

Do a workout without dreading it! There is nothing like a Zumba party to change your day and burn some calories without a hint of 'workout dread'!

Zumba is a great way to: exercise, lose weight, reduce stress, feel happy, socialize, learn something new, and of course HAVE FUN! Let's ditch the workout and join the PARTY!

KRAV MAGA

Krav Maga is the official self-defense system of the Israeli Defense Forces, emphasizing instinctive movements, practical techniques, and realistic training scenarios. The Krav Maga system has since expanded across the globe and is now utilized by law enforcement agencies, military personnel, and the average citizen looking to learn practical self-defense and get in shape. We hope you can join us at one of our classes!

Pilates - Mat Class

Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body.  The blend of strength and fleibility training improves posture, reduces stress and create long, lean muscles.  Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moved as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.  This class is fit for any level. 

*Bring a mat if you have one!  Extras will be provided if needed.

Insanity

Forget everything you think you know about high-intensity workouts because INSANITY turns old-school interval training on its head to get you insane results. If you've ever been to a Spin class, you know how old-fashioned interval training works. You motor along at a moderate pace for a while — then all at once, you kick up your speed and heart rate — just for a minute or so. After that, it's back to a lower gear, giving you plenty of time to catch your breath.

But with INSANITY, you do exactly the opposite. You work flat out in 3 to 5-minute blocks, and take breaks only long enough to gulp some air and get right back to work. It's called Max Interval Training, because it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through your entire workout. You keep pushing your limits — so your body has to adapt. With consistency, you will get INSANE results! We look forward to seeing you in class!
